Terrie began her customer service journey at a young age. From organizing and leading at leadership conferences to managing at world class hotels, Terrie has exceled countlessly at her goal to always provide excellent customer service at every opportunity. Attending Truman State University, Terrie majored in Media Communications: Journalism. Joining the team December 2018, she aims to bring her expertise to the Zone team by helping maintain and build a trusted relationship with our customers. In her free time, Terrie enjoys performing spoken word, exploring the local restaurant scene and looks forward to traveling the world to experience different cultures.
